Rachel Boufford brings years of experience as a career coach, legal recruiter, and practicing attorney to placing highly-qualified candidates in roles at law firms and businesses.

Rachel designed, built, and led the global career advising and job placement program at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. She has coached hundreds of lawyers of all seniority levels, from junior associates to partners and general counsel. In her role at Sullivan & Cromwell, Rachel worked directly with the firm's clients to identify and place suitable candidates from its network of current and former lawyers. Previously, Rachel held senior roles in the recruiting and communications departments at Sullivan & Cromwell, served as the Law Editor for Vault.com (overseeing Vault's Guide to the Top 100 Law Firms), and practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell. Rachel earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Tufts University. She was a Fulbright Scholar in Spain.
